Terms of use
Deep Cuts · last updated 7 October 2026
By signing in to Deep Cuts you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose.
Invite-only, small and personal
Deep Cuts is a small invited-user service, run by an individual rather than a company. Access is by invitation and can be withdrawn. It is provided "as is": we try to keep it working and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and we're not liable for losses from using it. Don't rely on it as your only copy of anything important.
Your account
- Use your own account, and keep your sign-in secure.
- Only connect a Discogs account you're entitled to use. Your collection stays yours; we only read it.
- Don't try to access other people's data, disrupt the service, or use it to break the law.
Collaboration
When you invite someone into a collab mix, they can see and add to that mix. Only share invite links with people you trust: anyone with the link can join.
Third-party services
Deep Cuts uses Discogs, Deezer and Apple for collection and preview information. Their own terms apply to the content they provide, and previews are short clips for personal set preparation.
Ending your use
You can stop at any time and ask for your account to be deleted (see the privacy policy). We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms.
